Azimuth Corporation is seeking a talented Training Lead to join our NCR team in support of a government customer. The ideal candidate will manage and maintain all courses related to the project through in-person and virtual means. *This position is contingent upon contract award.*

Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Provide logistical support for training-related efforts with adjacent teams, including workforce development.
• Provide support to course instructors throughout the course training process
• Create and maintain databases for tracking attendees, post course evaluations and provide statistical data to stakeholders.
• Collaborate and provide guidance to other members of the training team to include instructional designers, facilitators, and multi-media specialists.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education (experience in lieu of a degree may be considered)
• 12+ years of curriculum design experience.

Desired Qualifications

• Security Assistance/Cooperation experience
• Navy experience
• Foreign Military Sales experience
