Azimuth Corporation is seeking a talented Engagement Support Specialist to join our Dahlgren, VA team in support of a government customer. The ideal candidate will plan the required events in accordance with the governing agency’s policies. *This position is contingent upon contract award*

Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Orchestrate approximately 100 to 125 engagement events each year, aimed at fostering connections and synergies.
• Assist in the planning, coordinating, and executing visits from distinguished individuals, commemorative events, marking historic milestones and anniversaries, and engaging community gatherings.
• Assist in the coordination of transportation, multimedia, and visual information support, and ensuring accommodations.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality field (experience in lieu of a degree may be considered)
• Two tears experience working events, scheduling visits, managing schedules and tours
• Experience using MS Outlook and MS Office Suite
• Secret Security Clearance
