Senior Administrative Professional

Department: Operations Support
Location: Dayton, OH

Azimuth Corporation is seeking a Senior Administrative Professional to join our Wright Patterson AFB, OH office team. The ideal candidate will lead R&D case file management and use AFRIMS and LiveLink to maintain file records in accordance with Air Force guidelines regarding records handling and disposition.

Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Operations/Work Unit Management
  • Meeting Support including technical, conference, hybrid, and off-site
  • Assist Program Managers in completing Work Unit tasks
  • Assist Program Managers with PM app
  • Assist in special projects in support of AF ManTech
  • Submit IT and facility work orders
  • Pick up and distribute mail
  • Administrative Support for RXM Division management and staff
  • Conference Room management
  • Backup STINFO Liaison
  • Assist in special projects in support of operations, as required
  • DTIC support
  • Handling all classified documents with regards to maintaining, marking, storing, and printing
  • Performs quality checks on all technical reports before submittal
  • Edits contractor submitted technical reports when formatting does not meet ANSI standards and ensures all classification marking/guidelines were met
  • Generates all STINFO and DTIC required forms before submitting technical reports
  • Participation, possibly in both writing and review, in the bid and proposal process for Azimuth’s strategic growth portfolio.
  • Proficient with AFRIMS, PEGA, SharePoint, EBS, LiveLink, COGNOS, WAWF, DTIC databases
  • Annual support at DMC, location varies
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business discipline and 10 years of experience or High School Diploma and 15 years of experience
  • Specialized experience with R&D Case File/Contract Management, STINFO and ANSI standards
  • AFRL’s Electronic Business Systems
  • Outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional computer skills with proficiency in MS Office suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask
  • Orientation to detail
  • Ability to obtain/maintain security clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required)

  • Ability to work independently and in a group setting
  • Relevant work experience

Physical Requirements / Travel

  • Must be able to work in an office environment at a desk and computer.
  • May travel ~10% to conferences, program reviews, industry meetings, or other collaborative events. Most or all travel would be CONUS.
